It contains 634a. 0r. 39p. including about 29 1/4 acres of bog and 28 of rough land. It belongs to John Singleton and is let at from 5s. to 14s. per acre on leases of three lives or 31 years. It produces oats, barley, potatoes and flax. It contains 7 carvaghs which pay £1.19.10 per carvagh Co. Cess. There are two ancient forts in this townland. On the most Northern stands a trigl. station 653 feet above low water. The other is called Black Fort and is 737 feet above low water. There is also another trig. station called Glasleck Upper, 889 feet above low water.
