The property of Lord Farnham and let to 19 occcupying tenants on lease of 3 lives

or 21 years at a yearly rent of from 17s. to 25s.acre, chargeable with Co. Cess from 5d. to 7d. per acre and tithes at 1s. 2d. per acre annually. Soil is yellow clay producing oats, potatoes and flax. No bog. A school in this townland is attended by 80 scholars- 40 boys and 40 girls who pay the master's salary quarterly.
