Farnham is let to 12 occupying tenants ten of whom are living on the lease and 3 cotters. The rent is f I per acre. Tithes are per acre. 8d. Co. Cess is 2/- per acre annually. Size of farms vary from 6 to 18 acres. Its population is 52 Protestants and 35 Roman Catholics. The portion belonging to Mr. Stephens is let to 13 occupying tenants at will in farms from 3 1/2 acres to 2 acres. Rent is from £1 to 25s. per acre. Co. Cess by the Carvagh is 2s. per acre.
